How to paraphrase a PDF document?
To access the Text Paraphraser tool, move your cursor to the top of the page and place it over the Tools section. Once the menu unfolds, you will be able to access it.
Important note: Remember that if you are not registered or if you are a user with a free account, the daily paraphrasing limit is 5, and each text should not exceed 5,000 characters. Additionally, if you want the paraphrasing to be in another language, the limit is 3 per day.
When you are in the Text Paraphraser section, you will see two boxes. The first one is on the left side. The button to import a PDF is at the bottom of the box, after the buttons for selecting the language you want the paraphrasing in and the image button. Here, within the bar graph icon, you will see the word count and the character count. Next to it, you will see the buttons to copy and erase the text.
Clicking the PDF button will open the file explorer on your device so you can select the file you want to paraphrase. The PDF should have a clear structure; it’s important to mention that if the document contains images, they will not appear in the text. Wait a few seconds for the platform to finish extracting the text, and once it’s ready, press the Paraphrase button.
Finally, review the paraphrased text located in the right-hand box. You can modify the text by highlighting it with your cursor, and a toolbar will appear at the top so you can change the font size, color, position, etc.
Below the white box, you will see the button to download the text in Word or PDF format, as well as the bar graph icon to view the word count and character count of your paraphrased text, along with the buttons to copy and activate text-to-speech.
Note: If you are a user with either a free or paid account, you will be directed to the internal Paraphraser; if you are not registered, it will be generated on the same page.
