How to paraphrase a text?

To access the Text Paraphraser tool, move your cursor to the top of the page and hover over the Tools section. Once the menu expands, you’ll be able to access it.

  • Important Note: The Text Paraphraser is fully available for users without registration, with a free account, or a paid subscription. Free accounts and unregistered users are limited to 5,000 characters per paraphrase and can paraphrase up to 5 times a day.

When you're in the Text Paraphraser section, you'll see two boxes. In the first one on the left, you need to paste the text you want to paraphrase. Below this box, there is a dropdown menu to select the language in which you want the final paraphrase. There are also buttons to extract and summarize text from an image or a PDF. Here, you will also see a bar chart icon showing the word and character count of the pasted text. To the side, you’ll see buttons to copy and delete the text.

Once you paste the information and select the desired language, press the Paraphrase button. Remember that our paraphraser requires a well-structured text with a minimum of 50 characters to generate an optimal result. Otherwise, it will display an “Error” message on the right side of the tool.

Wait a few seconds for the platform to paraphrase the text. Finally, review the paraphrased text in the box on the right. You can edit the text by highlighting it with your cursor. A bar will appear at the top allowing you to change the font size, color, position, etc.

Below the white box, you’ll find the button to download the text in Word or PDF format. You’ll also see the bar chart icon to view the word and character count of the paraphrased text, as well as the button to copy and activate text-to-speech.
