How to recover my password?

If you forgot your password or are trying to log in to the platform but it says it is invalid, go to the Login page and click on “Forgot your password?” This message is in purple above the space where you enter your password.

Doing so will open a page where you will be asked to enter the same email address linked to the account for which you want to change the password. We will send you a link to this email that you need to click on to reset your password. Continue by clicking the purple button that says “Send Password Reset Link.”

Next, you should see a message that says, “Email sent: We have sent you an email to change your password.” You will need to check your email account and look in your inbox. We also recommend checking your spam or junk folder if you do not see it in your inbox.
